Booking Process

Once your trip is confirmed, we require a minimum 30% deposit before the trip. You can pay this via your Honeybook invoice using a credit card or by wire transfer directly to Aissa. The remaining 70% is due in cash (Moroccan Dirhams) upon your arrival in Morocco.

*You're welcome to pay the full amount by credit card if that’s more convenient for you, but we want to let you know that paying in cash can save you money. Credit card payments come with high fees and international transfer costs, which can add up to about $400 CAD per group of 4.*

Rather than quietly including these costs in our pricing, we prefer to be transparent. We'd much rather see you use those extra dollars to enjoy more of what Morocco has to offer—whether it's delicious local cuisine, unique souvenirs, or an unforgettable experience.

You can cancel up to 3 weeks before the tour date and receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 3 weeks of your tour, the deposit is non-refundable to cover the driver’s lost income.
